In my world you either, hate me, block me, like me or join me! I am sure when Mark Zuckerberg started facebook he had a bunch of people saying it will never go anywhere... yeah well, 71% of online adults use Facebook. 63% of Facebook users visit daily and 40% visit multiple times per day. More than a third (36%) of online adults use only one social networking site. Of these, 83% use Facebook. 8% use LinkedIn. && 70% of marketers used Facebook to gain new customers.

Remember customer service call centers where you talked to people? Today you talk to a machine and those jobs are gone. Remember when companies had massive amounts of sales people?
